This "Porscheman" cake was for the man who had everything... Except a Porscheman cake! The Porsche logo was modified to say PorscheMAN, as you will notice. It was drawn by hand in chocolate. The money was printed on edible sugar paper. The pieces of the Porsche Panamera Turbo figurine took several days to create, paint, dry and assemble. This palm-sized hotrod was constructed from gum paste and royal icing and was en-tire-ly edible. The cake was fresh-strawberry mousse and served 100. |

The Order of the Purple Tongue threw a birthday bash for one of its members during a wine tasting ceremony. The wine bottle on this cake was the finest vintage of Swiss fondant and was filled with real marshmallow. The label was custom made to the client's specifications and reads "Nut Hill House Winery" and "Labernet". (The birthday oenophile loved cabernet and Labrador Retrievers.) The champagne grapes are real and they paired deliciously with the lemon cream cheese icing.

If you have young kids, you know what the cake to the right is. This
Mickey's Clubhouse cake was for a second and fourth dual birthday party. The hosts of this party had many activities planned for their young guests but when the cake arrived, I am told the guests lost interest in all other activities. The cake was strawberry mousse. The figurines (Minnie, Goofy and Pluto - and Pluto's dog bowl and bone) were all made from fondant and rice crispy treats. This cake was a 12 inch square and provided 40 servings. Next year, our clients will keep the cake hidden until potato sack races and pin the tail on the donkey are over.
